On the personal side, Paul is an enthusiast and supporter of the arts, a lover and advocate for animals, and a passionate gardener with a green thumb thanks to growing up on a farm.

Prior to real estate, he was a development manager/officer for the United Nations Association of the U.S.A. He worked for numerous years as a therapist in multicultural settings. Through his work in the public, private and non-profit sectors, Paul developed a multifaceted approach with overarching skills in event production, management and fundraising. He has worked nationally and internationally on redesigning interiors and learned the intricacies of a hyper-local market that involved working with local construction crews, designers and real estate brokers. Years of dealing with super strict deadlines, budgets, and intense attention detail work in his favor in real estate to meet his customers’ needs and demands in a timely, seamless manner.
